At Trak Racer, we stand by the quality of our racing simulators and electronics; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team through the official Trak Racer portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all hardware, cables, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Ship to Warehouse
Dispatch your package using a trackable shipping service to the regional Trak Racer distribution center provided by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and functionality of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
